​I feel a sense of stewardship for the audience of adult learners for which I serve. It is my desire to provide training on topics and concepts that enriches their lives.

I believe learning should be fun, simple, and accessible. Education should be an engaging process. Too often “educators” talk above their students (audience) and use words and terms to feed their own ego. While they may sound intelligent and have a wealth of information, they fail at the very core, fundamental level of communication – not allowing people to connect to, or understand the greater concepts they have to offer.
I strive to deliver courses and training in the easiest and most convenient way for my audience. I believe the information provided them should be available when they need it and in a way they can consume it.

I believe in explaining difficult ideas in the simplest way. I believe transferring knowledge is one of the most fundamental and noble things one can do. Communication is key to adult learning. Communication is a two-way process where both parties feel enriched, enlightened, and understood. I am fulfilled when I can help someone understand a concept or idea that was previously beyond their grasp. I am passionate and committed to helping people and making their lives better.
